Cheats. Optimisations. Application detection. Shader replacement. All words that have been bandied around ad infinitum over the past eighteen months or so. All words that have been grouped together under the same, evil, moniker, a legacy of the revelations surrounding nVidia's GeForce FX boards and drivers.
