Introduction:
Swiftech, based in Southern California since 1994, has become a
powerful and high-end thermal cooling solutions provider for the last decade.
Headed by Gabriel Rouchon, Swiftech sales have sky rocketed with products
ranging from passive and active heatsinks, water-cooling kits and Peltier
cooling systems, to pumps and accessories.
The new kid on the block is the H20-120™ Rev.3 Liquid Cooling Kit.
Taking the critically acclaimed H20-120™ Rev.2 to the next evolution, the Rev.3
kit offers the revolutionary MCP350™ pump. Redefining performance, near-silent
operations, and offering extreme reliability the MCP350™ is a dream come true in
a small size footprint that is smaller than a pack of cigarettes. According to
Swiftech, the Rev.3 kit offers the same performance as Rev.2 but with quieter
operations and easier installation.
This kit is a true performer in every sense of the word.
Contributing to those performance gains are new features like the high-pressure
MCP350™ 12
VDC Pump and redesigned MCW6000™
series Water Blocks. We can't forget the MCR120-FRB™
120mm Radiator/Fan/RadBox Kit, one of the most versatile assemblies on the
market, or the MCRES-525™ 5 1/4" Drive Bay Reservoir, with new CPU mounting
hardware for the latest Intel and AMD platforms.

Swiftech wants your installation and user experience as painless
and easy as possible. You will get everything you need to install this kit as
described in the user manual. However due to configuration specific systems, some
additional options and other installation procedures will have to be
facilitated.
Swiftech gives you one of the most informative manuals we have seen in the retail market. With fully detailed
illustrations and techniques, this manual is composed of pictures and
illustrations with full details explaining every aspect of what to expect and
how to deal with installation.
The first thing we immediately noticed was the Coolsleeves™ pre-wrapped around the 1/2" O/D vinyl tubing from
the factory. To be honest it gives off a cool effect! Coolsleeves™ are available in two different sizes:
Each size is available in 4 different colors: clear transparent
(non UV reactive), Horizon blue (UV reactive), Saturn Green (UV reactive), and
Neon Red (UV reactive)
*Important* The use of these coils is
mandatory to prevent kinking and flattening over time.
With this LGA 775 Liquid Cooling Kit we received the MCW6000 "Stepped Base"
water block, an MCP350™ 12 VDC Pump, and the MCR120-FBRB complete radiator, fan
and "Radbox" assembly.
Also included in the package, we found: an MCRES-525™ 5 1/4"
Drive bay reservoir, pre-installed tubing on the waterblock and pump,
quick-connect fittings on the radiator with all necessary mounting hardware, a
bottle of HydrX Extreme Duty Coolant Additive, 40" inches of Coolsleeves clear
coils, and 4' foot of 1/2" O/D hi-quality vinyl tubing for additional tube
circuit configurations.
