The NVIDIA chipset codenamed the CK8-04 will be revealed to the world in the middle of October. Two companies, two big ones, already have A02 silicon that seems to work just fine and are ready for final production motherboards.

Well, what the heck, the mobo firms are MSI and Asus but we are sure that they will be happy to deny it officially. This means that NVIDIA is finally on the right track to introduce its K8 Chipset and its three variations in Q4 as planned.
You should be able to get these boards before Yule time and there is certainly interest for nForce4 Dual PCI Express boards or should we call them nForce4 SLI, as NVIDIA wants as to... And yes we can also confirm that nForce4 will be the official name.
