It has been a while since the last release, but today we bring you a new version of our favorite NiBiTor software which is the original GeForce series BIOS tweaker software, providing support for the latest NVIDIA graphics cards. With NiBiTor we provide graphics card enthusiasts or hardcore overclockers full control over some advanced features and functionality found on firmware of supported cards. And by doing so users can gain some extra performance, enable certain hidden features, tweak memory timings, access device related information, adapt bootup settings, change fan speed options and even get extra stability using their NVIDIA based graphics accelerators which will just give them that little extra value. - mvkTech NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v6.03 Program Released
Many have been wondering when the GeForce GTX 590 graphics card was going to be supported, and well it was supported via the exclusive option for donators. As there had been some issues with overclocking these we did get a bit reluctant on releasing this version, though it seems NVIDIA has taken necessary actions and most persons also do understand to tweak within reasonable limits. Next to that we took the time to focus on mobile segment and tried to collect some of those orginal BIOS versions and add the support for these as well. Of course, not all are yet present and we rely on you to provide us the original BIOS image. Changes in this Version - Added GeForce GTX 590
- Added GeForce GTX 485M
- Added GeForce GTS 540M
- Added GeForce GTS 435M
- Added GeForce GTS 420M
- Added GeForce GTS 335M
- Added GeForce GTS 320M
- Added Quadro FX 2700M
- Updated GeForce GTX 570
And for those who wonder, the GeForce GTX 560 support is missing and that is a rightful comment. This is actually because we had already complete the release to offer it to our donators and is already foreseen in the next release. We would like to invite you to help us add the support for more video cards, being desktop, mobile or workstation version while we will make sure we include as many as possible with each new release. Again, we do have an exclusive version available which supports extra cards and more mobile series after donation to support the development. The more BIOS images we get the faster it will become public. We also would like to invite you all to share your feedback or ideas, that way we can take those into account. We might not be able to do everything that would be asked, though it will give us the opportunity see what you are looking for in any upcoming versions. On top of that, we would like figure out the full fan speed logic for the Fermi series and would like to get whatever that could be helpful.
