Though we did hear of certain modifications such as single PCB version of the GeForce GTX 295 which is likely to happen. So apparently NVIDIA is moving to a single PCB design for the card meaning that both GT200 chips will now be on a single board. This requires a lot of work on NVIDIA's part as the whole layout and design of the board has to be rearranged. NVIDIA is apparently leaving the length of the board as well as clock speeds the same. As a result consumers should end up with a card that costs less, as the manufacturing costs of the card should be reduced quite a bit which is excellent news for all of us.
