The Inquirer reports that dual graphics cards from NVIDIA are delayed for a week. We know that the cards are shaping up and you can expect loads of reviews just before the Computex show in Taiwan. NVIDIA wants to time its launch with the big trade show that starts next Tuesday in old Taipei and as always to polish up the drivers as well. ATI will have a big problem with this one as the suggested retail price is a rather reasonable $599 for the dual G71 card. We are certain that this card will outperform the currently top GeForce 7900 GTX and Radeon X1900 XTX cards. Two chips will do things faster then a single one, it is as simple as that.

We also beleive that NVIDIA plans a massive price drop for its current top end GeForce 7900 GTX cards to make some space for the new GeForce 7950 GX2 cards. Those cards are much shorter and will fit in most computer cases and, even better, they will work in every single SLI compatible board. The performance should somehow reflect what the GeForce 7900 GX2 has been able to show off, or even better due to the optimized design. Expect to see a lot about them by next Monday or Tuesday. As of then we will get to know the GeForce 7950 GX2 that should become the fastest graphics card around.
