The Zalman Noiseless Box We will dig into what we received from Zalman, and what you get exactly with the ZM460-APS package. Zalman is shipping their ultra quiet 460W power supply in a plain paperboard package. Well you can't really say plain, because it has more to it than that. The box has a shining finish and black color with a picture of the PSU on the front. Upon touching the box it feels very solid and strong.
The package received from Zalman came in a brown paperboard box. When opening the brown box, we found inside the actual black Zalman package. The Zalman package came with a plastic transparent protection foil. And that is how you will find it on the shelves at your local store.
Once the transparent fail has been removed we get a better view on the package and how it looks and feels. The top of the box details the product with the main features, on left and right side we find more details on the specifications. What else? Well the back just comes back with in big letters mentioning it is a noiseless switching power supply.
Opening the cover we discover the content of the Zalman ZM460-APS package. All items of the bundle are well placed and can't move around in the box. The main part that attracts our attention is of course the PSU itself. This one it also secured by some bubbled bag. The extra cables that come with the power supply are placed on the side and the manual is put on top.
