Installation Well there is not much that can be said about the installation. It just comes down to this, plug it in a free USB port and you are set to go. The Sweex USB 2.0 Mini HUB will be automatically recognized and installed by Windows. Yeah, an easy plug and play installation.
Once installed you can start using the Sweex Mini HUB, the only short coming somehow is that the Mini HUB has a very short USB connection cable... But since this unit is more focused on use with a laptop the short cable is quite handy.
Final Thoughts This is a simple device that simply works. This Sweex Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Mini HUB functions as it should and really expands Hi-Speed USB port availability. The Mini HUB is the choice of expansion hub for laptop travelers with its future-proof, space-saving design. The Mini HUB can externally be powered so that it can be used with normal computer to attach power hungry devices, like remove hard disk storage and so on. Overall, the Sweex USB 2.0 Mini HUB does what it is made for and that is extending the USB ports on any PC or laptop and that via its 4 external Hi-Speed USB ports. The Sweex Mini HUB is definitely worth it and comes at a very attractive price.
