Everest Results @ HTT: 240 MHz

With the system configured for a HTT of 240 MHz we can see a definite improvement over bandwidth and latency performance. The system simply screams putting our test bed in number one and two positions in comparison to other systems listed in the results. Let's take a look...

Everest Memory Read

Everest reports a 6116 MB/s which is fast, real fast, we just cant get over how fast these modules are. For being a 2GB kit and with such density we are amazed at the speed and over all performance.

Everest Memory Write

From 2202 MB/s on a 200 MHz HTT, we end up with a 2468 MB/s of bandwidth at a 240 MHz HTT. Which to say the least is excellent and the performance just keeps getting better at this point.

Everest Memory Latency

Again we see an almost 5 nanosecond increase in performance, while this might not seem like a lot to some, every little bit helps and we see a 47.5 ns at this clock rate and this puts the MVKTECH test rig in second place as compaired to other systems.

Everest shows a significant inscrease in performance with a HTT of 240 MHz, what we like is the fact this ram is faster than most 1GB kits and this is almost un-heard of. In most cases large capasity modules are often slower than a less dense module. So we can say that Mushkin as a winner on its hands.
