Evaluation & Performance

To get a good view on the performance of the Hiper Type-R 580W power supply we will be using Everest Ultimate Edition 2006 thanks to Lavalys. We will be focusing our eye on the voltage fluctuation during idle and full load operation. Let's take a look...

Hiper Type-R 580W - Idle Operation

Hiper Type-R 580W - Full Load Operation

Everest Ultimate Edition 2006 from Lavalys gives a good indication of the voltages reported from the power supply. When looking at the outcome from the idle operation all voltages are at their appropriate level as it should be. When we start putting some pressure on the system and by that of course the PSU will have to be able to take the load the voltages might drop a bit, which is actually normal. And when comparing both we can certainly say that each of them remain at a save level.
