The Software Bundle

The Software package includes Pinnacle Studio 9.03. This software allows you to make instant movies from existing pictures and video allowing you to edit in special effects, giving your video recordings a Hollywood style presentation. This is a very powerful package allowing you to take the capabilities of the ALL-IN-WONDER X800 XT above and beyond the call of duty.

This software will allow you to capture video from devices that are supported by the ALL-IN-WONDER X800 XT, S-video, Composite-video, HDTV, TV and more. Then you can import and edit the media into Pinnacle Studio allowing you to create a very effective home movie presentation, and save as MPEG, AVI, Streaming video for high end multimedia presentations and video editing.

With Pinnacle you can use chroma-key style overlays, giving you the ability to custom insert any backgrounds over another layer such as video, recorded TV or even movie files you downloaded. The above picture shows the sample chroma-key videos you can use to practice editing and inserting backgrounds and over-lays.

Standard titles are offered so you can super impose the text and fade them into the video allowing a pre and post production results with click and drag effects. Each sample effect is fully editable. Once you play around with it, you can quickly get the hang of how simple yet powerful this software works together with the ALL-IN-WONDER X800 XT.

I dragged an example video and added some pictures found on the hard drive and then used a fade between the frames and was able to make a video with under 6 steps. You can preview the video in real time as you make on the fly changes with images captured from the video card or existing files on your computer. I have always heard of Pinnacle but never used it before, now that I have I can say this will be a great tool for making home video's and perhaps even some video reviews!
