Final Thoughts:

The EVGA e-GeForce 6200 TurboCache raises the bar for the value segment of entry level performance class video cards by utilizing the TurboCache technology by NVIDIA. Pushing the entry level solution to new heights the EVGA e-GeForce 6200 TurboCache allows the budget minded end users to experience gaming titles like never before.

When running the card on our system the 2D experience in the Windows environment was a pleasure. The crisp clear performance this card packs is amazing considering we are at a day in age of extremely demanding applications and game titles. EVGA hits the ground running with such a great entry level card.

While we did not over clock the card or run it out of specifications for the review, we did so to get a true sense of the cards performance in an out of the box experience. Our goals was to review the card for those who have no interest in over clocking or runs there system beyond what it was designed to do.

While enthusiasts look for innovative ways to push there systems to the limit, there are substantial users that will never do so and for that reason we just wanted to see what an out of the box system married to an out of the box graphics card could do for the end users and we are very impressed with this card.

The EVGA e-GeForce 6200 TurboCache is simply the fastest card in its class for the money. Anyone who needs a simple solution will love this card and we do to! Hats off to EVGA and the e-GeForce 6200 TurboCache.

Pros:

  • Best performance in the entry level segment
  • Full D3D features found on high end cards
  • Excellent 2D and 3D performance for its class
  • Super price - Best bang for the buck
  • Significant overclocking head room
  • Out classes most entry level solutions

Cons:

  • N/A
