Unreal Tournament 2004 is a competitor sponsored game title, none the less this game rocks using the the X800XL. In game experience is just as enjoyable as other offerings we have seen from both sides of the fence. We loaded up the 4.11 Catalyst VPU drivers and left them at default, setting UT2004 to HIGH and this is what we got.

800 x 600, Application Preferences, (High) 70.267 FPS Average

1024 x 768, Application Preferences, (High) 59.350 FPS Average

1280 x 1024, Application Preferences, (High) 55.000 FPS Average
Using the above configuration and loading the latest patch of Unreal Tournament version 3.3.3.9, I set the in game resolution to 1280 x 1024 32-Bit Color and all in game and world settings to HIGH and loaded FRAPS in the background and loaded up (map) and played the game for several hours and decided to grab some benchmarks and this is an average in game sample taken with a one minute interval and WYSIWYG (What You See, Is What You Get) using our Intel based 925X single-slot 16x PCI-Express configuration.

Here's the bottom line:
- 800 x 600: 70.267 FPS
- 1024 x 768: 59.350 FPS
- 1280 x 1024: 55.00 FPS
