Featured Bundled Game Title:

First, as we did with the 925X-T2 system we look into Hitman:Contract’s and see how well the game titles runs on the nF4/X800XL configuration. This first person shooter from Eidos has been on the market already for some time but it still has some new comers and we decided to use this title in out test's. The fact that it's bundled with the card helps. ;-)

So how does the Test Rig No.2 handle Hitman:Contract’s in relation to the X800Xl. There is only one way to find out and that is to put the card to a test run. While the performance is slightly off par with Test Rig No.1 this is only game specific and we still feel the nF4 X800XL configuration is a force to reckon with.

1280 x 1024, Application Preferences, (High) 74.933 FPS Average

1280 x 1024, Application Preferences, (High) 50.250 FPS Average

Using the AMD Athlon64 system we notice around the same results as with the Intel configuration. Again a frame capped result although the PowerColor X800XL seems to perform a bit slower this time but less fluctuation on the reported frame rates. The nF4 handles fight scenes and up-close-intense-action in most all the games we played.
