Curated archive of validated VBIOS files for NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards, organized by device ID and SubVendor ID. Always verify device ID and SubVendor ID against GPU-Z before using any BIOS file. See the GPU BIOS Flash Guide for complete flash procedures.
Verification Required
All BIOS files must be verified against the installed card before flashing. Match both Device ID and SubVendor ID. Do not flash a BIOS with a different VRAM capacity or memory chip vendor than the installed card. Save the current BIOS as a backup before any flash operation.

This repository lists hardware reference data. BIOS ROM files are sourced from AIB manufacturer websites and community archives including TechPowerUp VGA BIOS Collection. Always verify SHA256 checksums and device ID compatibility before flashing any firmware. For complete flash procedures, see the GPU BIOS Flash Guide.
Pascal through Ampere cards are out of active AIB support cycles but remain widely installed. BIOS modifications for these architectures are fully supported by nvflash and NiBiTor.

Repository FAQ
How do I verify a GPU BIOS file before flashing?
Cross-check the ROM file against the installed card's device ID and SubVendor ID using GPU-Z. Open the downloaded file in GPU-Z (load via the save icon next to BIOS Version field) to confirm the embedded device ID matches. Verify file size is within the expected range for the architecture.
What is the difference between stock BIOS and modified BIOS?
Stock BIOS is factory firmware exactly as shipped. Modified BIOS has edited parameters (power limits, clocks, fan curves). Modified BIOSes offer potential performance improvements but carry additional risk and void AIB warranty service. Save the original stock BIOS backup before applying any modified firmware.
Can I flash a BIOS from a higher-tier card to a lower-tier card?
Generally not safe. Higher-tier BIOSes specify higher shader counts, wider memory bus widths, or higher VRAM capacities. Applying a higher-tier BIOS causes initialization failures. Cross-flash within the same PCB revision family (confirmed identical hardware) is the only supported exception.
