BIOS backup problem, saves file of 0 bytes - 2005/02/06 01:26
I'd like to take a look at my BIOS with a hex editor but I'm stuck when trying to backup my current BIOS.
I used nvflash on my Sparkle GF6600GT and I got these results. Reading adapter firmware image... Image size: 0 bytes Version: unavailable (invalid) ~CRC32: 00000000 Subsystem Vendor ID: 00E9 Subsystem ID: 0000 Saving of image complete
Afterwards I check on my floppy and like I thought there was a *.rom of 0 bytes... What did I do wrong? Is my BIOS locked somehow or can I try some other parameters?
I tried the nvflash "--save" parameter too but no result...
