Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing. It looks like the Multiplier value is read only (locked). Can't seem to change it.
Someone told me the reason the multiplier value is at 6 is because EIST (Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology) is at work. And that when my PC is idle it will run in at the value 6 to save power but then when my applications need full power, it will run at max speed.
