Well I thought it was the disk or the drive too, but after trying different ones with the same result. I fixed the problem anyway, I remember that the first time I ran it, I had run it from the directory where I stored the executable. It seems it needed to go in a subfolder, and wouldn't work properly straight from the root directory. Weird, but true. I was using DrDOS driver free disk for flashing.
