Why is it that these cards max out at 650/1960MHz and shader at 1625MHz at least on my card and Dell XPS 1730 owners are claiming clocks well into the 700MHz? Can these cards not clock up to that speed, or are XPS cards a little better? Perhaps there is a way for force a Dell BIOS onto the card and have it work.
