Okay cool stuff, now you must know that the shader clock goes up automatically with the core clock speed, so it will not be running at the default speed. So what I would suugest is to set the graphics card at 625/2000MHz with the shader clock running at 1400MHz. And you only change the 3D setting and nothing more.
