Okay, sorry my bad. So my card has 256MB of GDDR3 memory installed. I've uploaded here my currently installed BIOS. I can't overclock my GPU, and neither the frequency of the memory. I tried all drivers since Catalyst 7.1 to the latest version. Thanks for your support.
