The best option is to user RivaTuner or PowerStrip, which are programs you can download from the internet and with those you can lower both the core and memory clock speed of the graphics card from within Windows. And once done see if it makes a difference or not. Also check if the cooling of the card is still working fine, as it might be overheating somehow.
