It's the MSI GeForce 9600 GT 512MB, and I uploaded the BIOS yesterday for your review. I am using a boot USB stick. Does that make a difference? All the other commands work except flashing. Is MSI doing something to try and lockout these new cards? I did not write it down the error message so I will log off and try again. I don't want to hijack this thread, should I start a new post? 
My mistake was there is an EEPROM on the ASUS mainboard that was showing as device 0 in the list. I just had to use the "-i1" command and it flashed. Funny thing though, the increase showed no real gains when benching. Must play around with different combos I guess.
