Mmm, I thought you had done that already when you where in safe mode. Cause I did ask to remove the drivers of all graphics cards that really means the drivers and would have deleted it automatically from the device manager. Yeah maybe we should have clearer communicated that. But indeed ATI and NVIDIA cards, drivers don't works well together so you really need to make sure all is gone before you try a new graphics card. I am glad you got it sorted.
