I am just going to add one comment as too many persons just believe a BIOS flash will solve it all and that is not true. A lot of things are not controlled by the BIOS and OpenGL is one of those. All the Radeon cards support OpenGL and if it doesn't work in Linux it is because Linux doesn't have th correct support for the card, and a BIOS flash will not make much a a change to that...
