Mmm, well no software will set it permanently really cause as soon as you don't use the software it would just be going back to the default value in the BIOS really. So the only way it to do it via the BIOS and currently we are still working on that so you can adapt the fan speed via NiBiTor. But that will come in one of the upcoming version, though which one we don't know as we have several enhancements upcoming and really don't see many users really supporting us and giving us much credit nor a good push for doing more as we do now.
