All programs that want to have some kind of direct access to the hardware need driver signing and for NiBiTor which is a free tool we don't see why we should be paying Microsoft to get this done, though if someone wants to pay for us... And GPU-Z will not dump both BIOS's of the SLI configured GeForce 8800M GTX SLI version so don't use that, as we really need both BIOS's.
