Hey mate, well the best for SLI is that you have on both cards the same BIOS as that way SLI works best. Now if that has still a lot of impact on the performance, I doubt it a bit but it should be better for the stability. On the previous series NVIDIA cards it was best to have both cards with the same BIOS and there was some performance gain if that was the case.
