The brand power is Rhycom and the model is ATX 450W if you need something else please ask. As you leave here, as specified by the source of power. The features mention that it has 450 Watts maximum output and complies with ATX 2.03. And the specifications highlight on the website I found the +12V rail at 15Amps and listing ATX 12V connector quantity just one.
