The normal desktop graphics card from NVIDIA have typically four voltage levels and I would need to say that these four levels are already used and that means currently that the GeForce 9800 GTX is set at 1.15V for the 3D mode as being the maximum voltage available on the BIOS. The only thing that can be done is going lower as far as we know, as the other three levels are all lower than 1.15V.
