Well, having done a search on our forums I have found back the following about the alternate method by grounding the BIOS chip somehow. So this is how you can resolve this, by first checking your BIOS chip. Once done, you locate the datasheet by typing the EEPROM chip number into Google. Ground them by using tweezers connecting both by the tweezer. Then you boot the computer, and you will hear three beeps if you were succesful in grounding the two pins.
Then you neede to make sure you have the floppy set through "autoexec.bat" which will automatically flash the graphics card at the last step of the startup of the computer. And after that let the computer restart, but I think it did restart it myself. Welcome your graphics card with open arms and embrace.
