Well I have checked all the BIOS's you have supplied and the so called tweaked version is just a standard though older MSI GeForce 8800 GT OC edition BIOS that you can just find on our downloads section. So I don't see why that would fix anything really linked to anti-aliasing. But I have spend enough time on it and you just don't believe the BIOS has nothing to do with it really, as it doesn't control such features.
