Well the only thing I can think of is really that there is something wrong wit a component? But that warning is normal when you reset when you only get a blank screen and it doesn't complete the startup, so not only when you overclocked too much. Now what I would also check is the BIOS of the graphics card, maybe there is a newer out that that would fix it? Or set it back to the original BIOS without any overclocks and see if it still gives the same issues.
