Mmm, I am not certain at all and I have not been able to test it either so I can't really advice that much. But what does work with different cards, meaning manufacturer and different memory but same GPU is that it needs the same BIOS to work well with SLI and is what I have tried and done in the past using a GeForce 7950 GT standard and a for more advanced pre-overclo ked GeForce 7950 GT. And it also worked with the GeForce 7900 GTX and GTO, when using the same BIOS... So it might work but not certain at all...
