Well, that is way too long ago to really know how to solve that... I think we saw that sometimes with such cards but I can't recall exactly what the solution was and not sure it is exactly the same problem as you are having. Whnat I would try is overclocking the cards a bit and see if that makes a difference... And about the TV out that is not always working by using BIOS's from other vendors as that was one of the main items why we started our archive of BIOS's.
