Flashing a GeForce 8800 GT to SSC speeds, is it possible? - 2008/02/20 15:47
Hello. I'm new to these forums, though I've been reading the reviews and BIOS updates of this site for quite a while. I'm here because I'd like to know if it's possible to update a normal, default GeForce 8800 GT to a SSC BIOS, so I can get SSC speeds. Has anyone done it? Is it safe? Those cards share same components quality?
If it's possible, buying that and the new Akimbo cooler would be a better choice than a SSC. Please, help me. I'm a click away from buying the SSC model, since the Akimbo isn't available yet...
