Well you can complain what you want and state that NiBiTor doesn't work, but as long as you can'ty share the BIOS with us we can't look into this. Secondly not all GeForce BIOS's allow changing the voltage and that is not a NiBiTor issue at all but a limitation that NVIDIA build into the logics of the power circuitry of the GPU, as the BIOS can always be tweaked to whatever you want although if the voltage circuitry doesn't understand what the BIOS wants it just won't work. So first get us your original BIOS so we can have a look at this...
