Just to know is this a new GeForce 7600 GS or you bought it from someone else? Secondly can you try the GeForce 7600 GS in another system, any friends you can visit to try it out. We just want to make sure there is nothing wrong with the GeForce 7600 GS before we try anything else cause it seems as your GeForce 7600 GS is not really working as it should and might just never works in that case.
