I've actually reformatted my system lots of times and I just couldn't install DirectX 9.0c. Yesterday I updated my mainboard drivers and re-attempted DirectX 9.0c installation with the same results. I'm pretty much frustrated with this predicament, and I really appreciate all the advise from you.
