Drain your system and refil with a mixture, 50/50 of white vinegar and distilled water. Run the cooling loop by itself without the computer on for about a hour or so to clean out the junk. Drain and flush with clean distilled water run as above. Then refil your loop with coolant, that should take care of your problem. You may have to repeat the cleaning process a time or 2 depending on the build-up in the loop.
