Well it should be possible but the only problem is the memory size, as the XTX comes with 512MB and the XT only with 256MB and the type of memory is also different. So I would try it out as it would lead to memory problems and in the worse case the card might not function anymore. Just check the XTX BIOS out and see if you can change your own original XT BIOS for higher voltage and clock speeds to get closer to the XTX settings.
