The thickness of the tube is only relevant to the bending abilities and the fittings to be used, i.e. Koolance fittings cannot be used with the 3/4" OD (which I happen to use).
My friend Mavke I will try my best to make time and prepare more posts of this sort so as to help as much as I can. For this one I didn't take into consideration the effect that the tubing inner diameter has on the head loss of the system and therefore the pump selection, so this is going to be the next one.
