Well my advice remains... Cause you findings just don't make sense with what you are saying. You say it is due to the fact that it came from the drivers or the configuration you used. Sorry but if it came from drivers or so, then a fresh install can resolve it all. If you don't want to try that after all things you tried then it makes no sense to try and find other solutions as the problem might be completely hidden, and linked to a driver file or registry entry that is the cause of all this. And then be my guest to find that...
