Well since you just know from others, that is one thing... Although I have flashed in the Radeon X1950 PRO one or two times a diffrent BIOS older and newer and it worked just fine, but not with these newer BIOS's. And you can indeed get this insert power cable but that is, at least in my case once you are in Windows, so nothing at bootup at all. But topic closed as neither of us has actually done it with the newer cards.
