What about the BIOS? You can flash normally with any BIOS that is for the same type of card. Just keep in mind that ATI cards are a bit more picky if the BIOS will just work fine. I don't know exactly why but that is just how it is... And you can use RaBiT to do some BIOS tweaks. How far the GPU voltage can go, I have no clue cause I didn't play with that...
