Sorry, I don't really know what kind of memory chips are used since I've put ram heatsinks on the chips... All that I can say is that the chips are square shaped? With I believe no writing of any kind. If you can figure out what kind of chips are used, I think my ram has the same kind of the chip 512MB DDR400 Transcend... Or at least to me it looks the same.
