Well, I was in the same as you but all you do is clock it in 2D mode on RaBiT and OverDrive in RaBiT and it works fine. All sorted had to do it in the 2D bit on the overclocking and its now sorted... Got now GPU at 620MHz and the memory at 1460MHz. Now it reads right...
