Safe voltage for Samsung GDDR3 1.4ns rated memory... - 2006/11/18 07:05
I am wondering what's a good safe voltage for Samsung GDDR3 memory (K4J52324QC-BC14) rated at 1.4ns. I know its 1400MHz (effective) memory, currently it is at 2.07V and I would like to voltage mod em so I can squeeze a little more out of these. My current overclock is 1626MHz and I can go higher but it doesn't make much difference after 1450MHz...
