Well, from what I saw on other website, it's the same thing. Set the minimum vcore recommended, increase FSB by 5MHz. For the memory set a divider to set it lower, so the frequencies won't go over the specified frequencies (like 800MHz), to know what's the maximum the CPU can go. After, it's the memory you need to tweak. 
There is not that much difference, except DDR2... It's the same overclocking. When you are under the stock memory speed, and you have freeze, or blue screen, or Super PI can't be done at all, or SP 2004 gives you an error, increase a little bit the vcore (remember that you need two Prime 95 or SP 2004 for dual core, to run CPU at 100%)...
