New motherboard, what to go for...some thoughts? - 2006/06/25 04:18
I had a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum die on me a few weeks back and can't decide what to get next. I don't really want to get the same board again... Don't get me wrong it was a great board but just didn't like a few things like how two of the SATA ports were way off by the CPU, how the AGP slot was so close and can't run more than two memory sticks in it.
So was hoping to get something else, but its very hard being that the Neo2 looks like the best S939 board with an AGP slot. So here is what I'm looking for a Socket 939 board with and AGP slot (don't try to convince me or say anything about anything else) I was considering this board from EPoX EP-9NDA3+, but looks like it has some weird memory timing problem. So any suggestions on a new board will be greatly appreciated.
